The history of the parish of Poplar and of the several churches which it contained is detailed in the following pages. Today we just have All Saints' and St Nicholas' remaining. The other churches which are now closed are St. Michael's, St Saviour's, St Frideswide, and St Matthias.

We have recently (October 2011) had a letter from Revd Bill Davidson, who is now 91 years old, and has sent us some of his old photos of All Saints in the early 1920s. This page is dedicated to his recollections and photos.
