Father Peter McBride arrives
Father McBride has now moved on (June 2011) and the team vicar post is currently vacant.

After a quiet moment before the service, the procession enters to a packed St. Nicks.
In the company of many local priests as well as old friends from Guildford, the Bishop of Stepney licenses Peter McBride as team vicar in the Parish of Poplar, and then the Area Dean installs him as priest at St. Nicks'
And after Peter addresses the congregation, everyone retires to the hall where a magnificant spread is arranged. So now it is all over, and Peter is here for a seven year stint. Welcome!
